In the event of cancellation by the participant and upon receipt of a written request

If you notify us more than 10 days before the start of the workshop, we
will refund your registration, less a 10% administration fee.

Less than 10 days before the start of the event, no refunds are possible.

In case of cancellation by Holotropic Toronto

You may postpone your participation to a later workshop or obtain a refund.
