My name is Alain Menier. I am not a therapist. As a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and experienced psychonaut, I have learned to listen without judgement, with an open mind and open heart. I also have learned a thing or two about strategies that help integration.

What is integration? In a few words, it is the work that will allow you to keep your experience alive. The experience itself is ultimately irrelevant: you might meet divinities that make you feel like you have a place in the world and that you are immortal and universally loved, but if this feeling disappears in your usual state of awareness, what good is it? On the other hand, you might have a hellish experience that teaches you something important. If this lesson finds a way to manifest in your daily life, that is wonderful.

A psychedelic experience lasts just a few hours but what you integrate from it is what will last a lifetime.
